Creator product partnerships

Turn your audience's recurring problem into your own software product.

You understand your audience. We help you identify a useful tool they could pay for, test demand and build a focused first version under your brand.

Pilot enquiries are open. Every project is assessed individually.

The opportunity

Build something your audience can use again and again.

The questions your audience keeps asking, and the tasks they keep doing by hand, often point to a tool they would use regularly. When the problem is real and recurring, focused software can solve it better than another explainer.

A subscription suits some products. Others work better as a one-off purchase or an add-on to something you already sell. The commercial model should follow the problem, not the other way round.

Recurring questions

The same practical question keeps landing in your comments and DMs.

Manual workflows

Your audience rebuilds the same spreadsheet or checklist again and again.

Repeated tasks

A job they do every week that a focused tool could make faster or more reliable.

Who this is for

Creators whose audience has a practical problem to solve.

Audience relevance and engagement matter more than follower count. There's no fixed minimum audience size.

We're particularly interested in creators who:

  • Teach a repeatable skill or process.
  • Help their audience run a business or do their job.
  • Regularly receive questions about the same practical problem.
  • Have an engaged audience they can involve in validation.
  • Are willing to help shape and promote the product.

Illustrative ideas

Examples of what we could explore

  • Hypothetical

    A photography educator

A quoting and shoot-planning tool for freelance photographers.

  • Hypothetical

    A business creator

A niche calculator or reporting tool for a workflow their audience already handles manually.

  • Hypothetical

    A content educator

A brief and approval tracker for creators managing client work.

These are examples of the kind of product we could explore together, not products we have built or validated.

Process

How it works

Small, deliberate steps, so neither of us commits to a full build before there's evidence of demand.

  1. 01

    Find the problem

Identify a recurring audience problem and assess the existing alternatives.

  2. 02

    Test demand

Speak to potential users and test interest before committing to a full build, usually as a short, paid validation sprint.

  3. 03

    Build a focused first version

Create a small product around one valuable use case, with the scope agreed in advance.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

You introduce it to your audience. We support the technology and improve it based on real usage, under the agreed arrangement.

Noticed a problem your audience keeps running into?

That's enough to start a conversation. You don't need a finished idea.

FAQ

Questions creators ask

Do I need a product idea already?

No. A recurring audience problem is a useful starting point. Working out what to build is part of the process.

Do I need a huge following?

No. There's no fixed minimum. Audience fit, engagement and access to potential users matter more than follower count.

Is this only for AI products?

No. The product should solve a useful problem. AI is optional and only used where it genuinely helps.

Who owns the product?

Ownership and intellectual property arrangements are agreed in writing before development starts.

How does pricing work?

Each project is assessed individually. Most start with a paid validation sprint to test demand before any build. Fees, running costs and any revenue share are agreed before work begins.

Who handles customer payments and data?

Where a revenue share is agreed, customer billing normally runs through an account BrandFlume manages, so both sides see the same figures. Responsibilities for customer data and privacy are set out in the project agreement.

Who handles maintenance and support?

Technical maintenance, customer support responsibilities and ongoing costs are defined in the project agreement.

Will you build any idea?

No. We prioritise focused products with a clear user problem, manageable scope and credible access to potential customers.

Is income guaranteed?

No. Validation helps assess demand, but commercial results depend on the product, the market and how it's promoted.
